FuelMantra is a marketplace portal for coal, biomass briquettes and agro residue leads, operated as part of the Business Solutions Ecosystem (BSE). This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, registered users and Pro clients who access fuelmantra.com and related services (including multi-channel lead alerts and Pro mini websites).

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Identity & contact data — name, company name, mobile number, email, GSTIN (if provided), city/state.
• Business & trade data — fuel categories of interest, RFQs, product grades, quantities (MT), locations, price indications, and similar marketplace content you post or unlock.
• Account & commercial data — Pro registration status, payment references, credit balance usage for lead unlocks, and mini-website profile content.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP (for security and analytics).
• Communications — support emails, WhatsApp or phone enquiries, and feedback you send to us.

3. How we use information

• To create and manage your account and Pro client status.
• To operate the marketplace — posting RFQs, matching, unlocking leads, and debiting credits.
• To share qualified lead alerts via multi-channels (Email, WhatsApp, BSE Messenger, social and communities) with relevant registered users.
• To provide and display Pro mini websites and business profiles.
• To process payments, issue invoices/tax documents, and prevent fraud.
• To send service notices, security alerts and (where permitted) product updates about FuelMantra.
• To improve portal performance, security and user experience.
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Lead data and visibility

Marketplace listings may show product, quantity, location and indicative price before unlock. Contact and other sensitive commercial details are revealed only after a Pro client unlocks a lead using credits, subject to our Terms of Use. Do not post personal data of third parties without authority.

5. Sharing of information

We may share information with:

• Other registered users — as required to fulfil RFQ distribution and unlocked lead connections.
• BSE group / service providers — hosting, messaging, payment gateways, analytics and support vendors under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities — where required by law, regulation, court order or to protect rights, safety and integrity of the platform.

We do not sell your personal data to unrelated third-party advertisers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies or local storage for session management, security, preferences and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

7. Data retention

We retain account, transaction, RFQ and lead records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet tax/accounting requirements, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of account data subject to legal retention needs and ongoing commercial obligations.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure; please keep login credentials confidential.

FuelMantra is a B2B fuel trade portal and is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
